Step 1
Talk through the process, your dreams and wishes with one of FC Consulting Partners.
Step 2
We ask you to create a profile with a short CV (max. 1-2 pages) and an anonymised bio of app. 100 words. We ask you to indicate your preferences, such as dream employer, job type, geographic location, and other relevant criteria.
Step 3
FC will launch your anonymised bio under our website and promote your profile via LinkedIn as well as use our extensive network/job database to identify any opening positions, where there might be a good match.
Step 4
Interviews will be arranged with potential future employers. Participation or not of a FC Consulting Partner at the first meeting is up to you and the interested client. Your CV and name will only be shared with potential employers upon your pre-consent having been obtained by FC.
The Client takes over from here assisted by FC to the extend there is a wish for our further involvement. Although, this means that all contract terms and negotiations are between you and the client i.e. the future employer. It will be up to the client in terms of personality testing and/or if reference calls are needed.
Step 5
Closure with signing of a part- or full-time employment contract.
FC will charge you nothing for the services provided as invoicing will be made towards the employer/our client upon successfully signing of an agreement with you. It is a “no cure no pay” format, so FC takes the risk and only “wins” when successful matchmaking has taken place.
