Professional experiences/competences:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with extensive experience in fertility/IVF and international multi-site environments across Europe.
- Strong background in operational excellence, process standardisation, target operating models, SOP development and implementation, and change management.
- Experience leading cross-functional and multi-country operational initiatives, working closely with clinical, commercial, finance, HR, digital and senior leadership teams.
- Strong focus on patient experience, operational performance, conversion, KPIs, workforce optimisation and service delivery.
- Experience in CRM/EMR processes, digital transformation and implementation of new operational workflows and systems.
- Project and programme management experience, including clinic transformations, integrations, new operating models and operational readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across different countries, cultures and organisational structures.

- Strategic and pragmatic, with a strong focus on execution and measurable results.
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously in complex international environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- MBA in Healthcare Management and Master’s degree in Project Management.
