Professional experiences/competences:
- 2 years experience in fertility and IVF laboratory environments, including embryology laboratory support and laboratory management.
- Experience with IVF and ICSI laboratory procedures, cryopreservation, embryo culture, oocyte handling, and sperm preparation.
- Experience monitoring embryo development and maintaining strict sterile laboratory conditions and sample-tracking procedures.
- Laboratory quality control, equipment maintenance, documentation, and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Experience supervising embryologists and laboratory technicians and coordinating daily fertility laboratory operations.
- Research experience in human reproduction, including laboratory data collection, analysis, literature review, research documentation, and laboratory procedures.
Personal characteristics/educational background:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration with embryologists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Patient-centered approach and experience supporting fertility services.
- Additional experience in team supervision, customer service, reservations, billing, financial tracking, and basic accounting.
- MSc in Human Reproduction Technology & BSc in Biomedical Science.
- Strong interest in reproductive medicine, embryology, IVF, and assisted reproductive technologies.
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to laboratory quality and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluent in English and Greek; native Arabic speaker.
